- 45-Day Mailbox Warranty – If your new mailbox or non-wood mailbox and post combination fails within 45 days, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you.
- 120-Day Installation Warranty – Our installation services are guaranteed for 120 days. If our installation fails within this period, we’ll fix it free of charge.
- 90-Day Post Construction Warranty – This covers the structural integrity of any new wooden post we install. While natural wood characteristics like minor cracking or checking cannot be prevented, the structural integrity is fully warranted.
- Expert Repair Services – If your mailbox is damaged due to accidents, vandalism, or severe weather outside our warranty period, we offer discounted repair and replacement services.
- Wood Protection Options – We offer premium sealants and stains for all cedar post installations to minimize the effects of weather exposure and extend the life of your wooden components.
Our guarantee excludes damages from accidents, vandalism, or acts of nature. Natural wood characteristics such as minor cracking, splitting (checking), or slight warping due to environmental exposure are normal for outdoor wood products and not covered under warranty. GG Home Solutions selects the highest quality wood posts with minimal imperfections, but these natural processes may still occur.
